Today is International Peace Day! Established in 1981 by the United Nations, Peace Day provides a shared date for all of us to commit to Peace and to contribute to building a Culture of Peace. That is why our saying of the day is: “Peace is a garden where the flowers of tolerance, respect, and cooperation bloom.”
